Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Walser Glass LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit walserglass.net, submit a quote request, or contact us for service. We keep it short on purpose — this is a small local auto glass shop, not a data company.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and complete the work:

• Quote form submissions: first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle year/make/model, service type, and anything you write in the message field.
• Estimator inputs: the year, make, model, service, and ADAS question used to generate a price range. This is processed in your browser only — it's not sent to us until you submit the quote form.
• Calls and texts: your phone number, what you tell us, and any photos or details you send us while scheduling.
• Basic technical info from third-party services: when you load a page containing the Google Maps embed, Google may set cookies to render the map. We don't read those cookies and we don't run analytics that track your browsing.

How we use it

• Reach out with a quote, schedule the work, and follow up after.
• Communicate with your insurance carrier on your behalf, when you've asked us to.
• Keep records of completed work for warranty and tax purposes.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. The only parties we ever share it with are:

• Your insurance carrier — only when you've authorized us to file a claim or coordinate coverage on your behalf.
• Service providers we use to operate the website (web host, form delivery service). These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
• Law enforcement or courts if we are legally required to disclose information.

How long we keep it

Quote inquiries are kept as long as needed to follow up and complete the work. Records of completed installations (including the vehicle, the glass installed, and the workmanship warranty) are kept for as long as you own the vehicle, since the warranty extends that long. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have on file about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information (unless we need it for a current job, warranty, or legal reason).

Cookies and tracking

We don't use any advertising or analytics tracking on this site. The only third-party scripts that load are Google Fonts (for typography), Google Maps JavaScript API (for the embedded service-area map), and the NHTSA VPIC API (called from the estimator to look up vehicle models — no cookies set). These services may set their own cookies as part of their normal operation. We don't read or share data from them.

Children

This site is intended for adults requesting auto glass service. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. We won't reduce your rights without your consent.
